Carboplatin for injection is mainly used for ovarian cancer, small cell lung cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck squamous cell cancer, esophageal cancer, seminoma, bladder cancer cancer, mesothelioma, etc.

Usage and dosage
Please use under the guidance of a physician.
Dissolve this product in 5% glucose injection at a concentration of 10mg/ml, and then add 250-500ml of 5% glucose injection for intravenous infusion. The general dosage for adults is 200-400mg/㎡ per dose based on body surface area, administered once every 3-4 weeks; 2-4 sessions constitute one course of treatment. Alternatively, 50mg/㎡ of body surface area can be used once a day for 5 consecutive days, with a 4-week interval between repetitions.
Attention
1. Blood count and liver and kidney function should be checked before using this product, and white blood cells and platelets should be checked at least once a week during treatment;
2. Use with caution in patients with herpes zoster, infection, and renal dysfunction.
3. Avoid leakage outside the blood vessels during intravenous injection.
After dissolving, this product should be used up within 8 hours.
5. When dripping and storing, avoid direct sunlight exposure.
6. Follow up examinations should be conducted during medication:
① Listening; ② Neurological function; ③ Blood urea nitrogen, creatinine clearance rate, and serum creatinine measurement; ④ Hematocrit, hemoglobin measurement, white blood cell classification, and platelet count; ⑤ Determination of serum calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium content.
