Usage and dosage
Intravenous drip: 250ml~500ml per day for adults, slowly drip. Follow the doctor's advice for pediatric dosage. Patients with acute and chronic renal failure undergoing dialysis should receive 1000ml per day, with a maximum dose not exceeding 1500ml. The drip rate should not exceed 15 drops per minute.
Attention
(1) All patients who use this product should have a low protein, high calorie diet. The calorie intake should be at least 2000 calories per day. If the dietary intake does not reach this level, glucose and other supplements should be given. Otherwise, this product will enter the body and convert into calories instead of synthesizing protein.
(2) The administration speed should be strictly controlled, not exceeding 15 drops per minute.
(3) During use, blood glucose, serum protein, renal function, liver function, electrolytes, carbon dioxide binding capacity, blood calcium, blood phosphorus, etc. should be monitored, and blood magnesium and blood ammonia should be checked if necessary. If any abnormalities occur, attention should be paid to correcting them.
(4) Pay attention to water balance to prevent insufficient or excessive blood volume.
(5) Uremia patients should be given a small amount of insulin while supplementing glucose, and diabetes patients should be given an appropriate amount of islet poison to prevent hyperglycemia.
(6) Uremic pericarditis, uremic encephalopathy, anuria, hyperkalemia, etc. should first be treated with dialysis.

If crystals precipitate when cooled, they can be dissolved in 50 ℃ warm water before use. After using the medicine, do not store the remaining medicine for reuse.
