Indications
It is suitable for duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, acute gastric mucosal disease, compound gastric ulcer and other acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
Usage and dosage
Intravenous drip. 40~80mg once, 1~2 times a day, 10ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection was injected into a freeze-dried powder vial before clinical use, and the dissolved solution was added into 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100~250ml and diluted for intravenous infusion. Intravenous infusion, should be finished within 15 to 60 minutes.
This product must be used up within 4 hours after dissolution and dilution. It is prohibited to dissolve and dilute with other solvents or other drugs.
Attention
This product has a strong inhibitory effect on gastric acid secretion and a long time, so it is not appropriate to take other antacids or acid inhibitors at the same time when using this product. In order to prevent excessive acid inhibition, it is not recommended to use large doses for a long time in general peptic ulcer diseases (except for Zhuo-Ai syndrome).
Patients with impaired renal function do not need to adjust the dose; People with impaired liver function need to reduce as appropriate.
When treating ulcer, gastric cancer should be excluded before use of this product, so as not to delay diagnosis and treatment.
