The main classification of antiviral drugs

According to the mechanism of action of antiviral drugs, current antiviral drugs can be classified into the following categories: 
1. Penetration and molting inhibitors: Amantadine, Amantadine, Enfuviride, Maravelo
2. DNA polymerase inhibitors: acyclovir, ganciclovir, famciclovir, famciclovir, sodium phosphonate
3. Reverse transcriptase inhibitors:
Nucleosides: Lamivudine, Zidovudine, Emtricitabine, Tenofovir, Adefovir Axetil
Non nucleoside compounds: efavirenz, nevirapine
4. Protein inhibitor: Sacinavir
5. Neuraminidase inhibitors: Oseltamivir, Zanamivir
6. Broad spectrum antiviral drugs: Ribavirin, Interferon
