Ofloxacin and Sodium Chloride Injection

Applicable to sensitive bacteria causing:

1. Urinary and reproductive system infections, including simple and complex urinary tract infections, bacterial prostatitis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae urethritis or cervicitis (including those caused by enzyme producing strains).

2. Respiratory tract infections, including acute exacerbations of bronchial infections caused by sensitive gram-negative bacteria and pulmonary infections.

3. Gastrointestinal infections, caused by Shigella, Salmonella, enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, etc.

4. Febrile fever.

5. Bone and joint infections.

6. Skin and soft tissue infections.

7. Systemic infections such as sepsis.

This product is a compound preparation, with each bottle (100ml) containing 0.2g of ofloxacin and 0.9g of sodium chloride. The main active ingredient is ofloxacin.

This product is a clear light yellow green liquid.

Common dosage for adult intravenous infusion:

1. Bronchial infection and pulmonary infection: 0.3g (1.5 bottles or bags) once, twice a day, with a treatment period of 7-14 days.

2. Acute simple lower urinary tract infection: 0.2g (1 bottle or bag) once, twice a day, with a course of treatment of 5-7 days; Complex urinary tract infection: 0.2g (1 bottle or bag) once, twice a day, with a treatment period of 10-14 days.

1. The intravenous infusion time for every 0.2g of this product should not be less than 30 minutes.

2. Due to the high incidence of fluoroquinolone resistance in Escherichia coli, urine culture samples should be collected before administration to adjust medication based on bacterial susceptibility results.

3. Crystalline urine may occur when this product is used in large doses or when the urine pH value is above 7. To avoid the occurrence of crystal urine, it is advisable to drink plenty of water and maintain a 24-hour urine output of at least 1200ml.

4. For patients with renal dysfunction, the dosage of medication should be adjusted according to their renal function.
