This product is colorless to slightly yellow clear liquid
This product is suitable for the following various infectious diseases caused by gram-positive bacteria:
1) Tonsillitis, purulent otitis media, sinusitis and so on.
2) Acute bronchitis, acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, lung abscess and bronchial dilatation co-infection, etc.
3) Skin and soft tissue infections: boils, carbuncles, abscesses, cellulitis, trauma and post-surgical infections.
4) Urinary system infections: acute urethritis, acute pyelonephritis, prostatitis, etc.
5) Others: osteomyelitis, sepsis, peritonitis and oral infections, etc.
2. This product is suitable for various infectious diseases caused by anaerobic bacteria:
1), Abscess chest, lung abscess, lung infection caused by anaerobic bacteria.
2), Skin and soft tissue infections, sepsis.
3), Intra-abdominal infections: peritonitis, intra-abdominal abscess.
4), Female pelvic and genital infections: endometritis, non-gonococcal tubal and ovarian abscess, pelvic cellulitis and post gynecological surgery infections.
Precautions
1. And penicillin, cephalosporin antibiotics without cross allergic reactions, can be used for penicillin allergy.
2. With benzylpenicillin, phenytoin sodium, barbiturate hydrochloride, aminophylline, calcium gluconate and magnesium sulfate can produce contraindications; and erythromycin is antagonistic, should not be used in combination.
3. Use with caution in patients with hepatic and renal impairment, gastrointestinal disorders such as ulcerative colitis, restrictive enteritis, antibiotic-associated enteritis.
4. When using this product, attention should be paid to the possibility of pseudomembranous enteritis. If pseudomembranous enteritis occurs, first carry out the supplementation of water, electrolytes, protein; then give metronidazole orally, 0.25g ~ 0.5g, 3 times a day, when it is not effective, then use vancomycin orally 0.125 ~ 0.5g, 4 times a day for treatment.
