Clindamycin phosphate is an organic compound with the chemical formula C18H34ClN2O8PS. It is a derivative of clindamycin and has no antibacterial activity in vitro. When it enters the body, it quickly hydrolyzes into clindamycin and shows its pharmacological activity. Therefore, its antibacterial spectrum, antibacterial activity, and therapeutic effect are the same as clindamycin, but its lipophilicity and permeability are better than clindamycin. It can be taken orally, injected intramuscularly, or intravenously.
Indication
Used for the following infections caused by Gram positive bacteria and anaerobic bacteria:
1. Respiratory system infections: such as acute bronchitis, acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, lung abscess, empyema, anaerobic bacterial lung disease, bronchiectasis complicated with infection, suppurative otitis media, sinusitis, etc.
2. Urinary system infections: such as acute urethritis, acute pyelonephritis, prostatitis.
3. Female pelvic and genital infections, such as endometritis, non gonococcal tubal and ovarian abscesses, pelvic cellulitis, and postoperative infections in gynecology, often require the combination of aminoglycosides.
4. Skin and soft tissue infections: such as acne vulgaris, boils, abscesses, cellulitis, trauma, and postoperative infections.

Usage and dosage
Please use under the guidance of a physician.
When intravenous infusion, 50-100ml of physiological saline or 5% glucose solution should be diluted to a concentration of less than 6mg/ml for every 0.3g, and slowly dripped, usually not exceeding 20mg per minute.
Attention
1. This product has no cross reactivity with penicillin or cephalosporin antibiotics and can be used for people who are allergic to penicillin
2. This product is prohibited from being combined with ampicillin, sodium phenytoin, barbiturates, aminophylline, calcium gluconate, and magnesium sulfate
3. Use with caution in patients with liver and kidney dysfunction
4. If pseudomembranous colitis occurs, vancomycin 0.125-0.5g can be taken orally, 4 times a day for treatment
5. During the use of this product, if any adverse events and/or reactions occur, please consult a doctor
6. When using other medications at the same time, please inform the doctor
7. Please place it out of reach of children
