Indication

 

This product is suitable for hypophosphatemia. Hypophosphatemia can occur in acute situations such as blood transfusion, surgery under extracorporeal circulation, and parenteral nutrition. It is also associated with some chronic diseases such as chronic alcoholism, long-term malnutrition, and depletion of carbonic acid in chronic respiratory failure.

Usage and dosage

 

Dosage: The recommended dosage is 5-10g per day. The dosage for treating hypophosphatemia should be based on the degree of phosphate deficiency to avoid phosphate overload. It is recommended to administer larger doses twice a day.

The dosage for children should be based on body weight (70-160mg/kg) and should not exceed the recommended dosage.

Administration method: Dissolve 10ml of sterilized injection water per 1g of powder, and intravenously inject the mixed solution (approximately 10ml/min).

The mixed solution must be administered in a single dose. If it is not fully infused, the remaining amount will not be used.

 

Adverse reactions

 

When the intravenous infusion rate exceeds 10ml/min, patients may experience facial flushing, palpitations, and a feeling of ants in their hands and feet.

If adverse reactions are found, the patient should inform the doctor. There are few reports on allergic reactions and anaphylactic shock. If an allergic reaction occurs, stop taking the medication immediately and receive anti allergic treatment.

Rescue measures for anaphylactic shock: stop medication and monitor blood pressure; Perform shock related treatment: intravenous injection of adrenaline, antihistamines, etc.

Medication precautions: During the injection process, if the traditional Chinese medicine solution seeps into the subcutaneous area, it may cause pain and local irritation.
