This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.
Indication
This product is an analgesic mainly used for pain caused by the following diseases:
Pain caused by inflammation, joint degeneration, and extra articular rheumatism of muscles, joints, joint capsules, synovial fluid sacs, tendons, tendon sheaths, and the lumbar spine, such as chronic rheumatoid arthritis, arthritis, vertebral dislocation in joint diseases, adhesive spondylitis, soft tissue rheumatism, bursitis, tendinitis, lower back pain, sciatica, cervical syndrome, and certain cases of neuritis and neuropathic pain.
Acute gout attack.
Pain caused by non rheumatic inflammation.

Usage and dosage
Adults usually take one dose once a day, injected into the deep muscles of the buttocks. For severe pain, one dose can be injected twice a day, with intervals of a few hours, and the injection site can be changed for administration. After severe pain subsides, it should be switched to oral painkillers.
Adverse reactions
The most common clinical adverse reactions are gastrointestinal discomfort, upper abdominal pain, hiccup, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, or headache. These adverse reactions are generally mild and can return to normal after a few days. Allergic reactions such as skin rashes, itching, asthma attacks, and a tendency towards edema may also occur.
Taboo
1. Patients who are known to be allergic to this product.
2. Patients who experience asthma, urticaria, or allergic reactions after taking aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
3. Prohibited for the treatment of perioperative pain during coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery.
4. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation after using nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
5. Patients with active gastrointestinal ulcers/bleeding, or those who have previously experienced recurrent ulcers/bleeding.
6. Patients with severe heart failure.
Storage
Store in a shaded, sealed, and cool place (not exceeding 20 ℃).
