Indication
Used to treat uveitis, keratitis, and scleritis, inhibit the formation of corneal neovascularization, treat inflammatory reactions after intraocular surgery, laser curtain forming surgery, or various eye injuries, and inhibit pupil constriction during cataract surgery; Used for pain relief and anti-inflammatory effects after excimer laser corneal ablation surgery; Spring conjunctivitis, seasonal allergic conjunctivitis and other allergic eye diseases, prevention and treatment of inflammation and macular cystic edema after cataract and intraocular lens surgery, as well as promotion of filter bubble formation after glaucoma filtration surgery.

Usage and dosage
4-6 times a day, 1 drop per time; Ophthalmic surgery medication: Apply one eye drop at 3, 2, 1, and 0.5 hours before surgery, with one drop per time. Medication should be started 24 hours after cataract surgery, four times a day, and continued for two weeks; Medication can be administered 15 minutes after corneal refractive surgery, four times a day, for three consecutive days.
Adverse reactions
Local adverse reactions in the eyes: Numerous clinical reports have shown that 15% of patients experience brief stinging and burning sensations when using diclofenac sodium eye drops. In clinical trials for cataracts, approximately 28% of patients treated with diclofenac sodium eye drops experience keratitis, and the vast majority of cases occur in the early stages of drug treatment. 15% of patients experience elevated intraocular pressure, and the majority of cases occur after surgery and before drug treatment. In addition, it can also cause other eye diseases, such as eye reactions and eye allergies.
Systemic adverse reactions: 1% of patients experience nausea and vomiting when using diclofenac sodium eye drops, and 0.5% of patients experience nausea and vomiting when using placebo. The viral infection rate in both the control group and the placebo group was ≤ 1%.
