This product is a white emulsion liquid.

Provide heat, including lipid components (medium chain triglycerides) that are easily metabolized by the body; As part of parenteral nutrition, it provides essential fatty acids.

250ml：25g (soybean oil):25g (Meidum Chain Triglycerides):3g (lecithin):6.25g (glycerinum).

The general principle is to meet the heat demand.

Adults and school-age children consume 1-2 grams of fat per kilogram of body weight per day.

Newborns should have 2-3 g (up to 4 g) of fat per kilogram of body weight per day. Especially for premature infants and underdeveloped newborns, due to their underdeveloped ability to clear triglycerides and fats, the above dosage cannot be fully relied upon, and triglyceride and fatty acid levels should be carefully monitored. There should be no hyperlipidemia at the end of the infusion interval.

Infants and preschool children consume 1-3 grams of fat per kilogram of body weight per day.

If a higher dose of fat is required daily, serum triglycerides should be checked on the first day and during fixed periods, and blood glucose, acid-base, and electrolyte status should also be checked if necessary. Fluid balance and weight should be monitored daily. Because changes in blood cell count are an indication of excess, it is recommended to perform a blood cell count. For patients suspected of having lipid metabolism disorders, serum triglyceride levels should be measured before starting infusion to avoid fasting hyperlipidemia. During infusion, if the serum triglyceride concentration in adults exceeds 3 mmol/L and in children exceeds 1.7 mmol/L, the infusion rate must be reduced or stopped. When the serum triglyceride concentration exceeds the above reference value 12 hours after stopping the infusion of fat emulsion, it also indicates a disorder in fat metabolism. If there is a significant increase in blood glucose concentration during the infusion process, the infusion should also be stopped.
