Indication
It has a good therapeutic effect on reducing intraocular pressure in primary open-angle glaucoma. For some secondary glaucoma, high intraocular pressure, some primary angle closure glaucoma, and glaucoma that are ineffective with other drugs and surgeries, the addition of eye drops of this product can further enhance the effect of reducing intraocular pressure.

Usage and dosage
Eye drops, 1 drop at a time, 1-2 times a day. If eye pressure has been controlled, it can be changed to once a day. If other medications were originally used, when switching to this product for treatment, the original medication should not be abruptly discontinued and should be gradually discontinued from the second day after the infusion of this product.
Adverse reactions
1. The most common adverse reactions are burning and stinging sensations in the eyes.
2. Cardiovascular system: bradycardia, arrhythmia.
3. Nervous system: Dizziness, worsening symptoms of myasthenia gravis, abnormal sensations, drowsiness, insomnia, nightmares, depression, mental confusion, hallucinations.
4. Respiratory system: bronchospasm, respiratory failure, difficulty breathing, nasal congestion, cough, upper respiratory tract infection.
5. Endocrine system: to cover up the hypoglycemic symptoms of diabetes patients after the application of insulin or hypoglycemic drugs.
Taboo
1. Individuals with bronchial asthma or a history of bronchial asthma, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
2. Sinus bradycardia, second or third degree atrioventricular block, significant heart failure, and cardiogenic shock.

Drug interactions
1. Combination with adrenaline can cause pupil dilation.
2. It is not recommended to use two local beta blockers simultaneously.
3. The combination of this product with calcium channel antagonists should be cautious as it may cause atrioventricular block, left ventricular failure, and hypotension. For patients with impaired cardiac function, the combination of two medications should be avoided.
4. Those who are taking catecholamine depletion drugs (such as reserpine) should be closely monitored when using this product, as it can cause hypotension and significant bradycardia.
5. The combination of this product with digitalis and calcium channel antagonists can further prolong atrioventricular conduction time.
6. The combination of this product with quinidine can cause systemic beta receptor blockade side effects such as bradycardia. The possible reason is that quinidine can inhibit the metabolic effects of P450 enzymes and CYPZD6 on thiamethoxam.
